Skill
A skill is an ability of one person’s knowledge to do a specific job role. You need certain skills in the IT Industry to perform any certain job role. In the IT industry there are many different skills and everybody’s skills are different such as when you are working in the IT industry you need to have design skills to create websites, you need technical skills if you are an IT engineer, you need analyzing skills to be a computer analyst and you also need basic computer skills to access a computer.

When you are in the IT industry you must have knowledge of technology advancement and be prepared to act and go along with changes.

When you are working your employer needs to know how flexible you are and what I mean by that is how many hours you can work.

A: There are many barriers that can effect communication the three most common barriers to communication would be sound, light and dialect.

A: If I could not overcome a problem myself I would employ the techniques of other team members to see if we can fix the problem, if we cant then the employer will have to step in.
